Crêpes with chocolate

Mango, passion fruit, banana and chocolate sauce enrich these sweet and vanilla-scented crêpes. An irresistible delight. try also this Pastel de nata recipe too.

Ingredients

Sweet meals per 4 people

200 g of light spelt flour

2 sockets of salt

4 l of milk diluted with water (half milk, half water)

4 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla paste

1 ripe mango

2 banana

2 passion fruit

2 tbsp of oil or butter for roasting

Chocolate sauce

1,5 l of cream

100 g of cooking chocolate

How to proceed

Total time: 1 h

Pour the flour and salt into a bowl and form a hollow in the centre. Beat the eggs with the diluted milk and vanilla paste. Incorporate the liquid into the flour and mix until you get a smooth, smooth batter. Leave the batter to rest for approx. 30 minutes. For the chocolate sauce, heat the cream. Chop the chocolate and melt it in the cream, then remove the pot from the heat.

Heat the oven to 80 ° C. Brush a non-stick pan with a little oil. Pour approx. 1 ladle of batter into the pan and spread it across the bottom by tilting the pan. Brown the crepe over medium heat on both sides. Keep it warm in the oven and prepare the other crêpes in the same way. Cut the mango into wedges and the bananas into slices.
